Questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 2 months with every feature. At the end you choose a plan and pay monthly or yearly. If you don't, the account pauses; your data stays.
Who counts as a team member?
Each person assigned to a location, the owner included. The Independent plan covers one person. The Team plan is $5 for each person a month, with a minimum of 2.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account settings or write to us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
How do I pay?
By card. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; QueenPilot never stores your full card number.
What does the AI receptionist cost?
Our team switches her on for your salon and sets her up with your services, prices and rules. Her replies are paid from your AI wallet, which you top up when you like. Write to us and we'll walk you through it.
Which languages does QueenPilot speak?
The app is in English, Russian and Armenian. The AI receptionist answers each client in the language they write in.
Who owns my client data?
You do. We process it only to run the service for you, and we never sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I need special hardware?
No. QueenPilot runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone.
